Company history
The company Pörnbacher Präzision was founded on the parental farm in Issing/Pfalzen in 1988. The initial fitting consisted of a used saw, a pillar drill, a turning lathe, a milling machine and a inert gas welder. From an initial manufacturer and repairer of agricultural machinery and equipment, the company specialized very soon in machinery, fixture construction and cutting tool solutions.
Today, the company is in its second operational building and produces with modern CNC machines. The building houses the administration, planning and production departments. Currently the proprietor is working with seven employees on site.
QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
The management system of the company Pörnbacher Präzision is based on the EN ISO 9001:2008 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 international standards. With this system we pursue the goal to constantly improve the quality of our products and services and also our responsibility towards the environment.

The quality management system integrates all necessary aspects in order to fulfill the high demands on quality. It specifies all processes in our company which influence the manufacture of our products or the provision of our services in a direct or indirect way. We secure the high level of quality of our processes with continuous self-control and improvement with the aim to guarantee in this way a reliable and efficient fulfilment of customer's requests and to simultaneously ensure the perfection in production. The customer and his product are always the focus of our service. We assist our customers not only as producers but rather as a problem solver. Besides the flawlessness of the products we pay for this reason particular attention on the fast, trouble-free service and the professional, competent advice.
To guarantee the quality of our products, we give also particular importance to competent employees who are permanently trained on a highly sophisticated level.

The environmental management system serves as a basis for the control of the environmental aspects which can be influenced directly by our company. With a strong sense of responsibility we sustain a corporate culture in which the focus is on the issue of environmental protection. That is why our products and works are based on environmentally friendly criteria.
To achieve our goals, we are continually striving to introduce sustainable improvements. The effectiveness of our systems is checked and improved periodically by internal and external audits and management reviews.
