CNC turning and milling
Our combined CNC lathes and milling machines allow a very fast and complete processing of high-precision and complex turning and milling parts. Due to arbitrary combinations of various functions, there are numerous ranges of application for the multi-axial, simultaneously operating turning and milling tools. Short production times are assured as well as high manufacturing precision.

CNC turning
Our powerful CNC turning machines guarantee a quick and precise execution of complex machine turning operations as well as the optimal machine running times and materials. The technological capabilities of our CNC turning machines are varied: hard and soft turning, knurling, thread cutting, and much more. The complete machining of turned parts is also easily possible. Thanks to the extraordinary properties of our CNC turning machines, they are suitable for the processing of complex workpieces and for the mass production.

CNC milling
Our powerful CNC milling machines guarantee a quick and precise execution of complex machine milling operations as well as the optimal machine running times and materials. There are no limits to the diversity of shapes and surface designs.
These CNC milling centers are applied in the manufacture of simple and complex parts. Our machine park is equipped with various milling centers which are suitable for individual parts, small series and high quantities.
Maximum processing size:
CNC milled parts with a length of up to 1.600 mm
Conventional turning
With our conventional lathes we are able to realize individual parts in a very short time and with the best quality. Even the production of larger workpieces with a length of up to 3.000 mm is possible. The results in relation to surface, shape and fitting accuracy are in accordance with those of the CNC turning machines.
Maximum processing size:
Short parts up to Ø 600 mm
Long parts up to Ø 500 mm over bed and up to Ø 320 mm over slide
Welding
We use MAG and WIG welding processes.
In the context of manual welding, we pay particular attention to a perfect and high-quality result, whether at single parts or at serial parts. Our welding work is characterized by precision and high quality.
Maximum processing size:
Welded construction up to a maximum of 5 m x 2,5 m
Constructions / Development
We create 3D models and exactly-detailed drawings according to your specific demands. Through the use of modern 3D-CAD Software we have the excellent opportunities to plan and model your parts in the three-dimensional form. By displaying the CAD data on our production plants, we are able to start promptly with the production of your construction. As a consequence, the production process is accellerated.
Prototypes
Do you have an idea, but it is still in the initial phase? Would you like to hold the later construction part already in your hands? We will gladly convert your projects, ideas and visions into practice by creating one or more prototypes for you. These enable you an exact examination and the conduction of a test phase. Furthermore, you can work in this manner on modifications and improvements, before your idea will be produced in series. We will be pleased to assist you with regard to all kinds of complex technical requirements and the optimization of your production process.
